1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Workskills website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Program Enrolment

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full program fee or approved EMI arrangement.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• Workskills reserves the right to modify batch schedules, faculty, or program content to maintain quality standards.

3. Fees & Payments

• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Workskills does not store card or bank account details.
• EMI facilities are subject to approval by the financing partner.

4. Intellectual Property

All program content, materials, videos, and assessments are the intellectual property of Workskills and its IIT partners. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct. Workskills reserves the right to terminate enrolment without refund in cases of plagiarism, harassment, or violation of program rules.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the program requirements, including attendance thresholds and assessment criteria as defined by the respective IIT partner.

7. Limitation of Liability

Workskills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the participant for the specific program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
