1. Overview
At Workskills, we are committed to delivering high-quality IIT-certified programs. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment, as it describes the conditions under which refunds may be requested.
2. Cancellation by Participant
- Within 7 days of payment (and before program commencement): Full refund, minus payment gateway charges (up to 2%).
- After 7 days but before program commencement: 50% refund of the program fee.
- After program commencement: No refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation / Postponement by Workskills
If Workskills cancels a batch before commencement, participants will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days, or may opt to transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost.
In case of postponement or rescheduling of a batch, no refund will be applicable; participants will be accommodated in the next batch.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@workskills.in with your name, registered mobile number, and payment reference.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Payment gateway charges are non-refundable in all cases.
5. EMI Refunds
If you enrolled via an EMI plan and are eligible for a refund, only the amounts already disbursed will be considered. Future EMI instalments will be cancelled and no further charges will be levied.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Study materials or toolkits already dispatched or accessed.
- Certificate fees once the certificate has been issued.
- Any third-party costs (e.g., exam fees, software licences) incurred on the participant's behalf.
