WorkSkills started in Jaipur with a clear idea: learning should feel like real work

Our founders are IIT-Kharagpur alumini who saw many learners finish courses but struggle in interviews. We built an offline campus where you learn in small classes, practise daily, and get help the moment you need it
What Makes Us Different
  • Offline, small-batch classes - 2-3 hour evening sessions so students and working professionals can attend
  • Live projects every week - practice what you learn and turn it into portfolio projects
  • Capstone projects from a startup brief - a bigger project that fels like a real job task

Founder’s Note At Workskills, we understand that acquiring new skills is only half the battle, translating them into meaningful employment is the other. Founded by IIT alumni with over a decade of corporate leadership at companies like Flipkart, Dell, and Microsoft, Workskills was born to bridge the trust deficit in the EdTech landscape.

Our mission is simple yet bold: “Bridge the gap between education and employment with accountability.” We’ve seen too many students and career switchers invest time and money into online courses, only to emerge with certificates and limited pathways to real roles.

Why Now? The traditional “learn first, hope for jobs later” model is broken. Companies demand experience. Students demand results. Workskills delivers both, guaranteeing internships, interviews with hiring partners, or a refund of 70% through your personal dashboard if placement milestones aren’t met.
